Kosch Catering and Dining Services is a catering and dining services management company. The catering division specializes in many different functions, such as corporate meetings and events, conferences, weddings, breakfast, lunch, dinners (buffets and sit-down), cocktail parties, grand openings, holiday parties, summer picnics and many other unique private and commercial events.

The dining services management division manages the foodservice operations in many different industry segments and takes care of everything. We have corporate and regional support overseeing all aspects such as operations, accounting, systems, purchasing, marketing, nutrition services, and human resources.
