Is a deposit required to reserve the date of my event?

Popular dates go very fast. We require a 50% deposit to secure a date.

When do I need to give you a final head count?

We require a final head count five business days prior to your event date. Any cancellations within two weeks of your event will result in either a full or partial forfeiture of your deposit.

Do you cater to my area of residence?

We have facilities all throughout Michigan and Northern Ohio, which allows us to go anywhere in those regions and be a short driving distance from your location.

Will my event require me to pay for any additional waitstaff or station attendants?

Depending on the situation, some additional staffing may be required. However, those situations will be discussed with you in advance when planning your event and will not be a “hidden” charge. If they are required, you will be made aware of it.

Do you cater in private homes?

Absolutely! We will go anywhere you may need a caterer.

Where are you located?

Our headquarters is located in beautiful, downtown Rochester, Michigan.

Will I receive a full proposal before my event to ensure I am within budget?

Yes, you will be made aware of all charges prior to making a deposit. We also will do all that is possible in order to help you plan your event within budget!

I think I will need to rent some tables, chairs, and linens. Can you recommend someone?

Sure! Talk to us, we are a complete event planner and rent to our customers a variety of specialty items ranging from linens, chairs and tables to stages, podiums, AV equipment and tents.

What does the meal price include?

The meal prices include appropriate condiments, serving utensils, plates, & napkins.
